Porn sites offer perfectly normal menus: MILF 👩🦰 , amateur 🥸, lesbian👩❤️💋👩 , anal ⚫️, threesome 👩🦰🤷🏻♂️🧔🏼♀️ and then someone ignores all of them and types “zombie orgy with realistic special effects”. That is when the internet stops being a library and becomes a laboratory. This article is about weird porn categories people genuinely search for. Some are established fetish niches. Others exploded because of a film, game or meme and disappeared before anyone could explain them to their browser history. A few began as jokes and somehow developed performers, tags, fan communities and enough content to justify their own porn category.

My name is John 🍌. I have worked around the adult industry for 15 years, which is long enough to learn one important truth about weird porn categories: the search bar knows people better than their partners do. Here, weird means unusual, imaginative or surprisingly specific - not bad. Fantasy monsters, anthropomorphic characters and horse masks are not real animals, and Rule 34 cosplay should use adult performers and adult-coded interpretations. Banana Collection does not include illegal material in its definition of a porn category.
How Does a Weird Search Become a Porn Category?
Usually, it starts with one of four things:
A genuine kink finds the right keyword. People may have shared a fantasy for years but could not easily find one another before searchable adult platforms existed.
Pop culture creates a sudden spike. A game, film or meme goes viral, and porn searches follow it like a horny press tour.
Technology makes an impossible fantasy visible. Animation, CGI, costumes and VR can produce scenes that reality cannot and probably should not attempt.
Curiosity creates enough clicks to imitate demand. Some viewers arrive because they are aroused. Others arrive because someone said, “You will not believe this exists”. The analytics count both.
That distinction matters. A viral search can produce millions of clicks without becoming an evergreen porn category. Meanwhile, a niche such as giantess porn can quietly build a long-term audience until it stops looking niche at all.
The Fastest Weird Porn Searches: Which Stayed and Which Disappeared?
Porn search | What happened | What it became |
Pokémon porn | Searches rose 136% after Pokémon Go launched in 2016 | A lasting Rule 34 and game-porn niche |
Fidget spinner porn | More than 2.5 million searches in ten days in 2017; a 282% increase | A spectacularly short-lived porn trend |
Bowsette porn | More than 3 million searches in one week in 2018 | A durable fan-art character inside Rule 34 |
Among Us porn | More than 4.7 million searches in 2020, with a peak near 700,000 in one day | Mostly a pandemic-era curiosity |
Giantess porn | Ranked as the leading U.S. fetish in Clips4Sale’s 2025 search analysis | An established commercial porn category |
Listen, my bananas: the lesson is simple, people do not only search for bodies or acts. They search for whatever the entire internet is already talking about, only with fewer clothes and worse dialogue . And I think that the Rule 34 can prove it.
1. Cuckqueaning: Cuckolding with the Camera Turned Around
Cuckqueaning is the gender-reversed counterpart to cuckolding. In the conventional version of this porn category, a woman knows about, watches or fantasizes about her male partner being intimate with another woman. Depending on the scenario, jealousy, submission, humiliation, compersion or simple curiosity can be the main attraction.

The old word cuckquean originally referred to the wife of an unfaithful husband and has appeared in English for centuries. Modern cuckqueaning porn usually turns the idea into a consensual role-play. That difference matters: a negotiated fantasy is not the same thing as actual betrayal. From an industry perspective, this is not the strangest porn category on the list. It is basically the familiar cuckold triangle with the chairs rearranged. Yet it surprises viewers because mainstream porn tagging spent years treating jealousy fantasies as if only men could have them.
🍌Banana verdict: same relationship problem, different person sitting in the corner and hopefully everyone discussed the script first 🤓.
2. Autofellatio Porn: The Performer Who Cut Out the Middleman
Autofellatio porn features a man performing oral sex on himself. The act is rare because it requires exceptional flexibility, body proportions (yeah here is about your 🍌) and mobility. It also creates one of the most self-sufficient solo porn categories ever filmed. I can understand opening this kind of video as an instruction. You are curious, you want to know whether the human spine 🧘🏻♂️ has a secret setting, and suddenly Incognito Mode becomes an anatomy class. But watching it purely as entertainment? You understand my problem. There is one flexible man on screen, and he appears to be having an excellent time. The viewer has almost no room left in the fantasy. He is the performer, partner, audience and probably his own biggest fan. Unless you are not flexible and dream of doing it yourself, what exactly are you imagining? Being the yoga mat?

Autofellatio has almost as many names as it requires vertebrae. In porn industry, this category usually appears as self-suck, self-oral, auto-BJ, or simply sucking your own cock. Internet poets have also invented DIY blowjob, mouthterbating, the naked sit-up and my personal favourite, the Ouroboros. That last one sounds majestic: an ancient serpent swallowing its own tail. Whatever you call it, the concept remains the same: one extraordinarily flexible man has eliminated teamwork, outsourcing and possibly several basic rules of spinal health.
Still, that impossibility is probably the appeal. Autofellatio porn lets viewers watch someone achieve a physical act most bodies cannot reproduce. A practical warning: forcing extreme spinal or neck flexion can cause strain or injury. This section is a porn-category explanation, not a stretching tutorial. Your banana should not require an ambulance.
3. Tentacle Porn: When Two Hands Are Not Ambitious Enough
Tentacle porn is most strongly associated with hentai and Japanese erotic fantasy, although live-action, toy-based and CGI versions also exist. The tentacles normally belong to a fictional creature, alien, demon or monster, making this a fantasy porn category rather than content involving a real animal. Its popularity comes partly from visual possibility. Animation is not restricted by anatomy, gravity, staffing budgets or the number of available hands. The result can be surreal, theatrical and completely detached from ordinary sex.

The genre also has a complicated history because many older works rely on coercive storylines. Modern audiences increasingly distinguish between fantasy imagery and consensual framing, and responsible platforms still need clear adult-only, consent-based rules. If you prefer the animated side of the niche, our r/Hentai review explores one of Reddit’s largest hentai communities.
These tentacles have already wriggled their way into our article on Japanese fetishes, where Sam Banana gave a wonderfully detailed account of his own experience. Although, with tentacles involved, “hands-on experience” may not be quite the right expression.
🍌Banana verdict: 🇯🇵 Japanese culture! We love you!
4. Alien Porn: Close Encounters of the Thirsty Kind
Alien porn turns science fiction into an adult scenario. The alien may look almost human, completely non-human or suspiciously like somebody painted a performer blue five minutes before filming.

This porn category overlaps with cosplay, monster porn, tentacle porn, abduction fantasies and futuristic role-play. Live-action productions generally depend on makeup, prosthetics and costumes; animated and CGI content can design bodies that ignore human anatomy entirely. The central fantasy is not necessarily the alien itself. It can be novelty, surrender, curiosity, interspecies romance between fictional intelligent beings or the idea of being chosen by something from another world. Basically, Tinder—but the distance filter is set to 40 light-years.
Technology has made this category much easier to produce. CGI, game engines and immersive media can build convincing fantasy environments without hiring an actual spaceship. Our VR porn and VR sex
-cam guide explains how adult fantasy has expanded alongside new hardware.
5. Monster and Kaiju Porn: The Bigger the Costume, the Smaller the Budget
Monster porn is a broad fantasy porn category involving fictional creatures. Kaiju porn is its giant Japanese-monster cousin: think city-sized beasts, rubber suits, miniature buildings and performers doing things Godzilla’s insurance policy definitely does not cover.

The category can include humanoid monsters, demons, cryptids, dinosaurs, slime creatures and oversized beasts created through animation or special effects. It overlaps with monster romance, horror erotica, giantess content and vore, but those searches are not identical.
Again, the important boundary is fiction. Monster porn involving intelligent fantasy beings, adult performers in costumes or animation is not the same as material involving real animals.
Why watch it? Because conventional porn is limited by conventional bodies. Monster porn removes that limit and replaces it with latex, CGI and a production assistant asking whether the twelve-foot foam claw is dry yet.
6. Zombie Porn: Weird-Funny and Extremely Messy
Zombie porn combines adult scenes with undead horror. The porn category emerged alongside sexploitation and horror crossovers and has appeared in low-budget cult films, adult parodies and more experimental productions. It is designed as much to shock or amuse as to arouse.

One viewer described seeing zombie porn playing in the background at a Halloween party. The special effects were realistic enough that the zombies kept losing limbs while attempting an orgy, with brains becoming part of the set decoration.
That story explains the category better than any academic definition. Zombie porn is weird-funny because the performers are trying to maintain sexual enthusiasm while their characters are literally falling apart. It is the only orgy where “Can somebody give me a hand?” may be a request for a detached prop.
The niche has a real screen history rather than being a single internet joke. Academic work on zombies and sexuality has discussed films including Porn of the Dead and Bruce LaBruce’s L.A. Zombie, while histories of the subgenre trace zombie-porn films back to the Italian sexploitation period.
7. Ghost Sex and Paranormal Porn: No Body, No Problem
Ghost porn and paranormal porn use spirits, demons, vampires, haunted houses and invisible partners as adult-fantasy devices. The live-action version normally relies on role-play, camera angles, editing or performers reacting to something the viewer cannot see.

This porn category overlaps with paranormal romance, possession fantasies, horror parody and monster erotica. The appeal may come from mystery, surrender, danger or the simple fantasy of a partner who can pass through walls and never leaves wet towels on the bathroom floor.
Ghost sex also gives filmmakers a useful production advantage: the supernatural co-star does not require a dressing room, lunch break or performer fee. The budget can go directly into fog machines.
8. Giantess Porn: A Tiny Niche That Became Huge
Giantess porn, also called macrophilia or the GTS fetish, centres on women imagined as dramatically larger than their partners, rooms or entire cities. It is usually created through perspective tricks, compositing, miniature props, animation or CGI.

The fantasy often involves scale, worship, protection, domination or being physically overwhelmed. Some content is explicit, while other giantess material can remain fully clothed and still serve the same fetish.
This is one of the clearest examples of a weird porn category becoming a serious commercial niche. In Clips4Sale’s 2025 U.S. fetish analysis, giantess ranked as the most searched fetish nationwide and led multiple states. A category that once sounded like a special-effects joke now supports established creators and highly specific customer requests.
🍌Banana verdict: never call a porn category “too niche” until somebody builds a miniature city and earns a living stepping on it.
9. Vore Porn: The Fantasy with a Very Large Appetite
Vore, short for vorarephilia, is a fantasy involving being consumed, consuming someone else or imagining a character inside a much larger creature. Because the scenario is physically impossible or catastrophically unsafe in reality, vore porn is predominantly illustrated, animated, written or created with effects.

It overlaps with giantess porn, monsters, aliens and transformation fantasies. Some versions focus less on violence than on scale, enclosure, surrender or complete control.
Vore also appeared prominently in Clips4Sale’s 2025 fetish reporting, showing that even one of the internet’s strangest fantasy searches has a measurable audience. This is why search data is so useful: it replaces “Surely nobody is looking for that” with a chart politely explaining that yes, they are.
10. Food Play, Sploshing and Cake Sitting
The phrase food porn usually means beautiful photographs of meals. Food-play porn is a very different menu.
This porn category can include whipped cream, fruit, syrup, jelly, cakes and other messy materials used as props. Sploshing is the broader fetish for wet or messy substances, while cake sitting is exactly what it sounds like: a performer sits on a cake, sometimes without any conventional sex occurring at all.

For some viewers, the attraction is texture and sensory overload. For others, it is destruction, indulgence, humiliation, comedy or the visual contrast between a carefully decorated dessert and one decisive butt.
🍌Banana verdict: somewhere, a baker spent four hours piping roses so the internet could watch them survive for eleven seconds.
11. Furry Porn and Horse-Mask Porn: Costumes, Characters and an Important Boundary
Furry porn depicts anthropomorphic fictional characters—creatures with human personalities, speech, bodies or social roles. It commonly appears as illustration, animation, games and writing, although adult performers may also use full costumes or partial animal styling.

Horse-mask porn is the low-budget relative. A consenting adult performer wears a novelty horse mask during an adult scene. The “horse-mask BJ” search is weird because the costume is simultaneously anonymous, ridiculous and impossible to ignore.
This category must be described precisely. Fictional anthropomorphic characters and adults wearing costumes are not real animals. Banana Collection does not include bestiality in this article or in our definition of legitimate porn categories.
Furry porn is also useful for trend analysis. It remains a recognised internet subculture, but Pornhub’s 2025 reporting showed a decline in furry interest compared with the previous year. Weird porn categories do not simply appear; they rise, fragment, stabilise and sometimes lose mainstream attention while retaining dedicated communities.
12. Rule 34 Porn: Elsa, Shrek and Pikachu Enter the Search Bar
Rule 34 is the internet’s unofficial claim that if something exists, adult content of it exists too. The phrase grew from a webcomic created in 2003 and eventually became a universal label for sexual fan art, animation, fiction and parody.

That is how searches such as Elsa porn, Shrek porn, Pikachu porn, Harley Quinn porn and thousands of stranger combinations find an audience. Characters from family entertainment, games, comics and blockbuster films are repeatedly reinterpreted through fan culture.
The trend is measurable. Pornhub reported that Pokémon searches rose 136% immediately after the release of Pokémon Go. Harley Quinn repeatedly ranked among the platform’s leading movie and character searches, while Shrek still appeared in Pornhub’s 2024 character results.
The safest live-action form is clearly adult cosplay involving consenting performers. Adult platforms and creators should avoid sexualised child-like depictions even when the source material is fictional.
Our full Reddit Rule 34 review explains how r/Rule34 organises adult fan art. If Rule 34 proves anything, it is that no fictional universe leaves the internet with its clothes on.
13. Fidget Spinner Porn: The Trend That Came and Went
Fidget spinner porn is the perfect example of a viral object becoming a temporary porn category.

When fidget spinners dominated the internet in 2017, Pornhub recorded more than 2.5 million related searches in ten days. Interest increased by 282%, making “fidget spinner” one of the platform’s leading trending searches at the time. Then the cultural moment ended. The toy left classrooms, social feeds and free porn sites almost as quickly as it arrived. Was it a fetish? For some people, perhaps. For most, it was probably curiosity powered by a ridiculous headline. Either way, millions clicked. That is the difference between a stable porn category and a search trend wearing a cheap plastic costume.
Guys, here’s what I can tell you: almost every video you’ll find on a free porn site follows roughly the same script. A girl is on her knees while a fidget spinner spins in her ass, basically, toy made for true ADHD bananas. You’re having sex with your girlfriend, but apparently that isn’t stimulating enough, so you also spin the little propeller sticking out of her ass. Multitasking!
🍌 Banana verdict: it relieved stress, occupied both hands and disappeared before anyone could build a respectable franchise around it.
14. Fortnite, Bowsette and Among Us Porn: Gaming After Dark
Video-game porn is an established branch of Rule 34, but individual searches rise and fall with releases, memes and player communities.

In 2018, Fortnite became Pornhub’s fifteenth most-searched term. Bowsette, a fan-created combination of Bowser and Princess Peach, generated more than 3 million searches in one week after the character went viral. Then 2020 gave the internet Among Us porn. Pornhub recorded more than 4.7 million searches, with a one-day peak close to 700,000. Apparently, being trapped in space with suspicious crewmates created several types of tension. Some gaming searches fade when the game’s cultural moment passes. Others: Pokémon, Fortnite, Lara Croft and major fantasy franchises, develop enough fan art and animation to remain persistent porn categories.
🍌Banana verdict: if a game has attractive characters, customisable skins or even vaguely humanoid beans, somebody is already rendering the adult version.
15. Shakespeare Porn: Weird-but-Awesome Literature Homework
Shakespeare porn is less a single fetish than a porn category built from adult parody, costume drama and literary adaptation. Its finest banana-shaped example may be A Midsummer Night’s Cream, a 2000 adult version of A Midsummer Night’s Dream—one of many adult Shakespeare adaptations.

The production keeps enough of Shakespeare’s language and romantic structure for the joke to work, then turns moments of attraction into adult scenes. When Bottom becomes a donkey, the film reportedly uses the same adult actor with makeup and simple ears rather than introducing an actual animal. Good. Even Rule 34 needs a casting policy.
What makes it weird-but-awesome is the commitment. Plenty of adult parodies borrow a title, add one pun and forget the source. This one asked performers to handle Shakespearean dialogue as well as sex scenes. “Remember your lines” suddenly carried two meanings.
🍌Banana verdict: proof that English literature can improve your vocabulary and damage your search history at the same time.
16. Anthology Hentai: Cool Devices and Weirdly Brilliant Premises
Cool Devices is not one narrow porn category. It is an eleven-episode hentai OVA anthology released in Japan between 1995 and 1997, with different stories and unusual adult premises rather than one continuous plot.
Anthology is the important word. Every episode can reset the world, characters, tone and fantasy. That freedom lets writers attempt scenarios that a conventional adult series would never sustain for a full season.

This is one of the best compliments I can give creative adult writing: I would not have thought of some of these premises myself. Not every story will work for every viewer, and parts of older hentai have consent themes that modern audiences may find uncomfortable. But as an example of adult animation using narrative imagination rather than repeating one formula, Cool Devices earned its reputation.
It is weirdly brilliant because it treats hentai like a short-story laboratory. The experiment may twist your mind into new shapes, even if the banana occasionally wants to leave the room.
17. Clown Porn: Arousal Meets Coulrophobia
Clown porn combines adult performance with clown makeup, costumes, circus props and exaggerated comedy. It ranges from a performer wearing face paint to full theatrical scenes that look like somebody gave a travelling circus the wrong booking address. The appeal can involve costume fetish, humiliation, absurdity, role-play or the contrast between fear and arousal. For viewers with coulrophobia the fear of clowns it may be the least sexy porn category imaginable. For others, that discomfort is part of the charge.

🍌Banana verdict: if the soundtrack includes a bicycle horn, I am closing the tab.
18. Pedal Pumping and Car Cranking Porn
Pedal pumping porn focuses on a model repeatedly pressing a vehicle’s accelerator, brake or clutch. Car cranking usually centres on attempts to start an engine, especially when the vehicle struggles to turn over. The performer may remain fully clothed. The appeal can involve footwear, foot movement, control, mechanical sounds, anticipation or the repeated rhythm of pressing the pedal. It overlaps with shoe, boot and foot fetishes but has its own extremely specific visual language.
This may be the most useful category for explaining how fetishes work. The sexual
meaning is not located in nudity. It is created by context, repetition and the viewer’s association with a particular action.

🍌Banana verdict: safe for work until somebody checks your search history and asks why you have watched the same woman fail to start a 1998 sedan fourteen times.
John’s Banana Take: Everybody Is Weird; Search Bars Are Just Honest
Some porn-category trends are cultural fireworks. Fidget spinner porn exploded and vanished. Among Us porn followed a very specific moment. Other searches stayed: hentai, Rule 34, giantess porn, furry art and tentacle fantasy built communities that outlived the trend that first exposed them.
So yes, we are all a little weird. The only difference is that some people use the category menu, and others type the entire plot into the search bar.
